The morning was bright and cold and commuters setting off for work
from Brookwood Station were greeted with a smile and a pack containing
a free hot cross bun supplied courtesy of St Saviours, Brookwood
and Holy Trinity, Knaphill. As part of Churches Together around
Knaphill initiative, there were members of churches from not only
Knaphill but also Bisley and, of course, Brookwood. It took just
two hours to hand out the 400 packs which had been put together
the day before.
The pack also contained some throught provoking material for commuters
to read on the train as they ate their hot cross buns. Take
a look at what happened last year....
