SPLAT Cafe 2008!

On Saturday 14th June, our 11-14s SPLAT group once again set up a cafe on the forecourt of St Saviour's Church in Brookwood.

A fantastic sum of £246 was raised for Turning Point Trust and £60 worth of Fairtrade products were sold. Congratulations to our Fairtrade raffle prize winners: 1st - Nick Webster, 2nd - Robert Thornton and 3rd - Fiona Thomas.

Despite the weather forecast of showers, it was a perfect morning, and well attended by the local people. A big thank you to everyone who made cakes, to our SPLAT Youth group helpers, members of StS Church and above all, our SPLAT Cafe customers - we look forward to seeing you all again at our SPLAT Cafe 2009!
