About Our Midweek Groups and their Leaders

Mike's Interesting Thursday Evening Study has developed with the Jan 07 Saints Alive course members plus some new recruits along the way. We have been running for a year and meet every Thursday evening, except for the first week of the month. We have up to nine regular attendees and have spent the last year using different resources to shape our studies including John Ortberg's 'God is closer than you think', Lifeshapes and Andy Twilley's DVD 'The Word in One'. We also have one-off sessions and socials.

Our members are from different backgrounds with varied life and Christian experiences that encourages interesting and lively discussions. As a group we have been so encouraged to see God's love and faithfulness at work in each others lives, through our prayers for many different needs and situations. We feel truly blessed.
